His education includes a "Bachelor of Arts" degree from "Marquette University" in Theology and Philosophy and has a master’s degree in public administration with a concentration in Nonprofit Organization.

Pastor Armstrong has been ministering for over 35 years on the gospel field for Jesus Christ. His ministry consists of preaching and teaching God’s word, loving God’s people, serving in the community and on nonprofit’s boards, and providing life skills resources for low income and indigent individuals and families.

Pastor Armstrong was appointed Pastor of St Paul African Methodist Episcopal Church in October of 2020 during the Covid pandemic where the congregation was led from online to hybrid services.  He’s been married to his lovely wife Brenda for greater than 35 years and the blessings of God made their marriage prosperous.
